Information about the vocational training program
As an industrial business manager, you will acquire knowledge in all commercial areas. From purchasing raw materials and production through to sales, marketing, and dispatch of the finished products, or in human resources, finance and accounting. You will not only learn about how to handle IT programs and presentation methods that ultimately prepare you for your exams, you will also be involved in exciting subjects and project work as a full team member right from the start.
The training takes three years. The theory is taught at the vocational college in Schwabach, the practical phase at the LEONI site in Roth.
Future fields of work: Purchasing, Sales, Finance and Accounting, Human Resources Management.
What you will bring to this role
- Interest in commercial topics and the automotive industry
- Enjoy communicating - orally and in writing
- Team spirit and sense of responsibility
- “Mittlere Reife” (roughly equivalent to GCSE in the UK or a junior high school diploma), a vocational college diploma or a high school diploma
